Hudson Home & Garden is owned and operated by Artform whose Customer Care and Service, Privacy and Security Policies are outlined here. It is our intention to ensure that each shopping experience with Hudson Home & Garden is an enjoyable and satisfying one.
We are committed to delivering quality products in a timely fashion. Our emphasis is placed on developing good relationships with our customers so that they continue to shop with us and benefit from the beautiful products we are featuring on this site. We strive for 100% Customer Satisfaction. If you have any concerns or questions regarding your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately so that we can remedy the situation.
Orders are typically processed and shipped between 3-5 business days via the shipping method of your choice. For the most part, we carry stock on most items, however, if there is a possibility of a shipping delay, we will notify you immediately.
Hudson Home & Garden ships all orders by ground and air via USPS Priority, Express Mail and UPS. If a customer requests another carrier, we will submit shipping charges at customer’s request.
Hudson Home & Garden is only required to collect sales tax on orders shipped within New York State. The appropriate tax rate will be calculated and applied to your order at checkout. No tax will be applied to orders shipped outside New York State.
REFUND & RETURN POLICY*
Unused and unopened orders may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Items cannot be returned without a receipt. Returns should be packed securely and insured for the full amount of the purchase price. Used, damaged, scratched or torn and/or final sale items cannot be returned.
If you wish to return an item or make an exchange, please contact us at email@example.com for a return authorization number. The item should be returned using UPS or USPS and please make sure to request tracking information. We are not responsible if your package should get lost by the carrier. Once we receive the returned item(s) the charges will be credited to you (though shipping costs are nonrefundable).
*FINE ART REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Fine Art Limited Edition Prints are custom printed for each order. They are also hand-numbered and signed by the artist. Particular care is taken to ensure the art print is carefully handled and packed for shipping. As this is a custom order, the print(s) are non-returnable and non-refundable. Limited Edition Prints are considered final sale items.
Returns are ONLY accepted on Fine Art Limited Edition Prints that have been damaged in shipping or the wrong item was shipped. If your order should arrive in less than satisfactory condition, please take a digital photo of the art print and the shipping container it arrived in, then send the photos in an email to firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization number no later than 7 days from receipt of the merchandise. The item should be returned using UPS or USPS and please make sure to request tracking information. We are not responsible if your package should get lost by the carrier. Once we receive the returned item(s) the charges will be credited to you (though shipping costs are nonrefundable).
Hudson Home & Garden takes your privacy SERIOUSLY and will take all measures to protect your personal information. We only have access to collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will only use your information to contact you regarding the processing of orders or for other customer service concerns.
Hudson Home & Garden collects information that is necessary only to process an order. All orders are processed through STRIPE including all credit card payments. All account information collected on this web site is stored on THEIR secure site and is not available to Hudson Home & Garden's computers, other than shipping and email information.
